The Venue

The conference venue is the Djibouti Palace Kempinski Hotel.  The Djibouti Palace Kempinski stands majestically at a prime beach front in the Horn of Africa. Renowned for its impeccable service and luxurious surroundings, it is the ultimate combination of top luxury services, oriental elegance and African authenticity. The hotel features 320 rooms including suites and residential apartments, meeting and event spaces for up to 800 guests, signature bars and restaurants, two infinity pools along with a private beach, and a state of the art Night Club.

ARRIVAL:  It is highly recommended for guests to arrive by late afternoon on the 1st of May.  A welcome reception is planned on the evening of that day.

GETTING THERE:  Djibouti is accessible via a number of regional and international airlines.  Turkish Airlines flies direct via Istanbul;  Ethiopian Airlines flies from the US via Addis Abeba, Air France direct via Paris, and FlyDubai from Dubai.  Transfers will be arranged from the airport.

ACCOMMODATION:  Participants will receive a conference-negotiated rate of $261 USD/night at the Kempinski Palace, and are eligible for discounts at other local venues.  We will post a direct-booking link shortly.

VISAS:  Are available upon arrival, with confirmed registration.  1-month visa fees are:
